October 2025: Goldstone Honoured with Excellence Award
for Eco-Coastal Development
Goldstone is delighted to announce its recognition with the “Excellent Eco-Coastal Commercial Development Concept” award at the SHAREDA Excellence Award 2025, organised by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA). The award was presented during SHAREDA’s 47th Anniversary Gala Night – SHAREDA Nite 2025 (Theme: “Affinity”), held on 25th October 2025 at The Magellan, Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu. This distinguished accolade highlights Goldstone’s unwavering commitment to sustainable, innovative, and environmentally conscious coastal development that continues to shape Sabah’s hospitality and real estate landscape. We were also deeply honoured to have Datuk Afizal Bin Aldin, Chief Executive Officer of Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SUDC), join us on stage to receive the award together — a proud and meaningful moment that reflects our shared vision for sustainable growth in Sabah.
August 2025: Shareda - PropEx
We were honoured to once again be part of PropEx 2025, building on the momentum from our successful showcase in 2024. This year’s participation was especially meaningful as we unveiled exciting updates and enhanced features that highlight the continuous evolution of our project. The highlight of the event was our Chairman’s exclusive preview of Phase 2, offering a glimpse into the ambitious next chapter of our development journey.
September 2024: Shareda Nite
Goldstone Holdings is proud to announce that we have won the prestigious Luxury Resort Master Plan Excellence Award at the SHAREDA Excellence Award 2024, hosted by the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA). This recognition celebrates our Wyndham Semporna project as a benchmark for excellence in design, innovation, and quality within the property development industry. The award was presented during SHAREDA's 46th Anniversary event, held on 28th September 2024, at The Magellan, Sutera Harbour Resort in Kota Kinabalu. We are deeply honored by this recognition and remain committed to setting new standards in luxury resort development.
July 2024: PropNex Agent Collaboration Event
On 29 July 2024, in collaboration with our exclusive sales partner, PropNex, we hosted an internal event to bring together PropNex agents from Kuala Lumpur and Sabah. This event featured insightful presentations from our Chairman, who shared his vision and strategy for Wyndham Semporna Resort, along with expert contributions from lawyers, architects, project managers, and our CEO and analyst. These sessions provided agents with a comprehensive understanding of the project’s technical and strategic aspects, preparing them to confidently represent the project.
June 2024: Malaysia Property Xpo
On 29–30 June 2024, we were invited to participate in the Malaysia Property Xpo, alongside several top-tier property developers. This prestigious event further introduced our project to a broader audience and highlighted the exciting potential of the Wyndham Semporna Resort.
June 2024: Shareda - PropEx
We officially launched the project during the PropEx 2024 Event from 14–17 June 2024. At this early launch phase, we showcased our vision with a custom-designed booth, built entirely from scratch to reflect the uniqueness of Wyndham Semporna Resort. Our efforts were recognized with the "Best Design Booth Award", cementing a memorable first impression.
