We are pleased to provide an update on the current progress of our development. Following the completion of piling works across all sections, the project continues to move forward steadily with strong coordination on site. Installation of rebar for the shear walls of our villa units is now rapidly progressing, marking a key step in establishing the structural framework. In addition, pile cap formwork at the Cruise Building is advancing well, reflecting consistent momentum across the development.
